"Not much to choose from"
The selection felt limited, and I had a hard time finding styles I actually liked. When I asked about other options, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of trying to help.

I mostly use Complex for music, sneakers, and pop culture stuff, and compared to a lot of other sites people pass around, it usually has the kind of topics I’m already interested in. It feels more relevant to me than the usual random news feeds. The ads can get a little annoying sometimes, and a few headlines are definitely trying a bit too hard to get clicks, but I still end up finding useful updates. "Headlines make you do extra work"
I check Complex every now and then, but the headlines can be misleading. A lot of times they make something sound way bigger or more direct than it actually is, and then you click in and realize the story is more vague or not really what you expected.

It gets frustrating because I don’t want to have to dig through the whole article just to figure out what’s actually going on. The articles themselves aren’t always bad, but the headlines need to be more honest so it doesn’t feel like extra effort just to get the real info

I’m always a little skeptical ordering clothes online because sizing can be all over the place, but the sizing info on Complex made me feel a lot better about it.
I checked the measurements before I bought anything and decided to stick with my usual size. For me, it ended up fitting pretty much exactly how I wanted — not tight, but not oversized either.
It’s a simple thing, but I really appreciated it because it made the whole order feel less like a guessing game. I’d definitely use their size guide again.

I was on complex trying to watch a few clips. Nothing major, just browsing around. But the videos kept freezing, then starting again, then the quality would suddenly drop. Blurry one second, stuck the next. It got annoying fast, honestly. I ended up just giving up.

I ordered a hoodie that showed as in stock and, i half expected it to get canceled, but no, it actually shipped without any weird delay or surprise email. I was ready to be annoyed, or at least skeptical, but it ended up being totally fine. Happy with it since that’s not always the case on other sites.
